You need to run the installer as administrator. Did you know there's a new version of LCPDFR out? 

i cant get 1.0 to work and i did run it as admin and it still wont work

ok did a fresh install ran as admin and this is it

If that doesn't solve your issue however, make you uncheck the tazer option in the LCPDFR automatic installer. Also, make sure not to link your account during the installation. You will get this error due to the Crime Stats system being down.
